Hunted for a few hours tonight with my pup. Wasn't too bad most of the night. Probably seen 40+ deer. And caught 2 hogs. But after midnight the wind picked up and it started showing alot of rain on the radar. Temps were steady dropping. Be safe out there

I would love to be at the camp with a Dan fire - Or should I say no fire big enough for Dan. This weather makes a fire so much nicer and a beer so much warmer.

Just gonna say...always prepare for the worse......a few years ago.Me, franny, wolf and another
Boat dumped off at laughmans for an afternoon ride. We ended staying the night beside a
fire...we put the 4 boats in a square and built the fire in the middle , shoved palmettos in
any gaps between the boats to keep the wind from blowing in our fire area. The wind was
Blowing sooo fricking hard the lake was whitecaping and couldn't cross. Finally about 6 in the
morning we made it back to laughmans. When I started the truck the temperature was 30 degrees.
Too much fun Lmfao! !

I remember Dan stacking wood 5 feet tall. I was 20 feet away from the fire and it was in the 30s. I was still hot. Today Is beautiful.

I remember that day he wanted to trade but wouldn't have had any beer left.
