That was Derrick out of Midway Fish Camp. He's a great guy & very active in the Christmas Riverboat Association. They do a lot for that part of the river.

Bad things can happen quickly even to the most experienced operator. Actually it's about guaranteed that some interesting events will occur as you gain said experience.

Things for sure can happen quick with these potentially lethal toys we play with.

Any word on what happened, and more importantly the prognosis of those injured?

That was a fun day indeed.. sure is nice when everyone around helps out. Hope this one turns out OK for everyone. Ole Eric had a pretty good shiner that day in the glades
