Lenco trim tab customer service

Post by Mossy Cypress » Tue Oct 10, 2017 6:35 pm

The last couple trips out my trim tab kept creeping down and started acting like and anchor really bogging my boat down, so I called lenco and talked to Jim and I sent a him a copy of my receipt and filled out the short warranty claim form. I believe it was out of warranty but he they still mailed the new actuator the same day, without charge.I have used this trim tab on my boat for the last 5 years with pretty hard use and it has performed flawlessly. I just wanted to give credit where credit is due.Seamless, nice and professional. It's nice to see a company still taking care of its customers even long after the sale.
