Who on the west coast middle of the State of Florida has 3/8 polymer and prices for a 13' gillo hull

Another option would be TSE just south of Clearwater.
(Not necessarily a better option, rather, an additional option)

Believe this material is close to optimal overall.

If you go with this, do not say the words "Air Boat" when talking with them.

I know it's not local to the area you asked about, but since you are looking for 3/8 this material is an option for you. It isn't available any thinner.

Give polymer systems a call. They have very reasonable prices and will help you out anyway they can. Ask for Mike.
He will hook you up. I outfitted my entire boat with 3/8 on bottom and sides for $1000.
