I'm pretty sure that you got to get the belts pretty damn snug them put them on i'd like to do it just to the back groove still use the same front for the alternator anybody did it to a small block Chevy and remember the belt size

Rolling belts on sucks, why not run double alt. pulley?

A guy I know told me and I'm taking his word for it that says the alternator sits high on the torque side it will Throw the belts this is where I got the idea from his boat
