Limpkins at Old Glory

Post by newoldglory » Fri Dec 20, 2013 9:55 pm

Limkins are also called schlitz quick's.  They seem to wait till the very last second to fly up in front of you're boat and because they cannot gain altitude fast enough, they have to drop a hughe load of Schlitz to lighten their load and the front passengers usually get the drift. Last year at this time, a pair decided that this location was best for nesting. They are perhaps the noisiest birds on the planet and never shuts up all night long. :banghead: When one goes off, the other has to sign in. :violent1: Now I may have 3 To seriade me ALL night long. How lucky can one man get? :dontknow:

:proud: :old_glory: :usa: :florida: :rebel:
To open ones eyes, you must let them see!
