The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed Judge Steele's dismissal of the NPCA and PEER challenges to the NPS Addition Lands GMP and Wilderness Act action. Lets hope they do not try to further appeal the decision.

I think this was the second appeal and hope they don't try a third. Its still going to be work to get them to move on what the ORVAC comittee approved but going to try again.
