anyone have any leads on processor..i used to use kens in Melbourne but guess he's retired..i liked the way he done the meat & was reasonably priced..got cpl deer i need done,thanks for any info

yeah i would too ted but my little ol gringer really not optimal for it..i have done a pig with it & bout burnt it up..just too damn slow lol

Scott swartley in malabar was doing processing and still is as far as I know. If you don't mind the drive to cocoa you can go to Scott hall,his number is 3213023893. Both Scott's do a good job,I'll have to see if I can post swartley number. He owns custom adventures, you could look him up.

Big Racks Processing in Vero Beach is a good place to go. He is reasonably priced and has a fairly quick turn around. His name is Clayton 772-774-9348. :old_glory:

We process deer and hogs as well but we are in Cocoa. 24/7 drop off and a variety of specialty items. All meat is vacuum sealed, labeled, and boxed.
