H2AD headers needed

Post by airboat4fun » Wed Mar 25, 2009 1:38 pm

Hey Y'all...What's Up? Life has been kickin' my tail and I've been busy tryin' to hang onto my job and raise a couple of young'uns.
I ain't had much time for airboating, but I still git a'lil now and then.

Back to business... I got a real good friend who is building a boat for his ex-wife ( yea-I know it kinda strange, but he is too).
It is a 11 X 7 skinny deckover grass hull and he is putting a runout H2AD on it.

Money is tight for everybody, so I told him I would reach out to the SA family.
They are looking for a "previously owned" set of headers for a reasonable cost.

You obviously know this already, but I bet you'll find a deal on a set this weekend at the show!

If it is a parallel valve I believe that all lycoming 4 bangers are all the same... The angle valves have the flanges backwards from a parallel valve.

I know last year they had a flea market type setup for stuff that was donated to the club... I remember seeing a couple sets of headers last year for sure...
