I don't know if you have made a decision yet, but I thought I would add my 2 cents worth. I found a Holley 450 cfm, 4-barrel carb, and custom intake on this site last year. I installed it on my 220, and the results were great. I have the power when I need it, and if I keep my foot out of the secondaries, it gets real good fuel economy. I run with a buddy, who has a good running O-540, and while he uses 3/4 of his 30 gallon tank, I will use less than half of my 30 gal. tank. I had talked with an aircraft engine mechanic before I bought it, and he had told me that the 470 GPU aspirates at 460 cfm, so the 450 cfm was a perfect fit. I was told that the 450 was used on marine appications. Hope this helps.
