in need of a 71 chevy vega 1bbl carb.

i just bought my first boat and was rebuilding the carb but the sealas are bad and i need either a rebuild kit or a new carb thanks Matt

Welcome to the forum.

Do you REALLY have an airboat with a '71 VEGA engine... ? Not puttin' it down, or nothing like that. I've just never seen one. :dontknow:

I'm fairly sure that rebuild kits may still be available, but I don't know about NEW carbs...

I'll do some looking.

Maybe you should try bruceharwell's advise.

thanks for the welcome glad to be here yall seem to know your junk about fanboats lol,
the boat has a 4 cylinder GPU on it,its either a pe-90 or a pe-60 and somebody rigged up a monojet carb off a vega to fit on it
thanks for lookin duane im gonna try up some local auto parts stores like napa tryin to get the boat goin for friday night but ill call orange park and see what they got thanks again

and im really lookin for a rebuild kit but if i can get a new carb that would be nice
