what are some ideas on getting to these hard to get bolts mainly the 11/16 or 3/4 nut pics or advice on tools would be awsome

He means the cylinder nuts probably. Theyuse specialwrenches.you can order them fromaircraft spruce.

You can order aircraft cylinder wrenches look Online or on eBay I just purchased a whole set for 50.00! Also what's your location?

All info is filed out and yes the tools are for the cylinder nuts 3/4 and9/16.
