Gauge Package

Post by digginfool »

Finally putting my Thurman together. My instrument cluster allows three gauges. One is going to be voltage, one for oil pressure but not sure what to do with the third spot. Oil temp or cylinder head temp? What would you recommend? Also, for oi pressure, electric or capillary tube? It's a SV 540.

For oil pressure I always prefer manual, and usually use a copper line. Normally on oil temp I go manual also but on my latest build I went electric and don't have enough time on it to really say wether I like it better or not. I'm going to keep watching this thread to see what input you get, thinking about adding a CHT gauge myself
