ALREADY BEEN SAID BUT I WENT THROUGH 2 GRIFFINS, CHANGE THE WAY I MOUNTED IT AND STOP CRACKING THEM. ENGINE STAND TORQUE IS WHAT CAUSED MINE. THAT AND PUT AN ALUMINUM SCREEN ON THE PROP. SIDE. :old_glory:

I can tell you this, my problem was a poor quality radiator not it's mounting. The thing that got me really pissed was not so much the fact that after 2 years the epoxy glue failed. I had ordered a custom radiator from Griffin, worked with their staff telling them it was going on a airboat application, then when I called to discuss my problems the chick in customer service says "you need an airboat radiator" those epoxy ones won't hold up! WTF

It's over, the radiator is replaced with another brand.

here is how mine is mounted so there is no flex issues I made hook mounts that wrap around the top and bottom of the radiator and the uppers are mounted with a bolt so they can be removed and there is rubber floor mat from home depot installed between the radiator and the mounts to allow the flex and for less than $150 my engine doesn't get over 140 degrees unless I idle too long. but no matter whast as long as the boat reved up she stays at 125 to 140
