That seems like a good idea.

left arm steering for me!

Re: ECOTEC 2.0 LTG SWAP
I agree on the left hand steer. Driver will sit on the starboard side and steer with the left hand.....console on his right. I just did not have the room i wanted on the right side so I'm going to try the go pedal on the left. If It causes me grief I'll make a platform mod and put it on the right side for right foot.

Well done man. I've been not paying much attention to SA. Let me know if you need anything. Mark built you a nice hull I see. I'm keeping my 1.4L Ecotec and working on LSA build now.

br, I tried to get Mark to build me a hull but he never would give me a price so me and a few friends built two Robicheaux clones. They came out pretty good I think.

You won't even notice the pedal on the left, we did that on our high school builds so that if you got stuck you could get out and run the foot pedal and rudder stick at the same time.

10 foot of mule tape to throttle and 10 foot to the rudder stick. Laying in the wait a minute vines in front of the grass rake hoping she turns right, cause I got no plan for left.
Been there.

I still think I-10 is the Mason Dixon line.

All you have to do is say giiii mule and she will turn right. Whoooo mule turns her left
.
Blew up my tig torch today. Had to leave the ranch to go hunt up a replacement. I was happy to find out that a standard CK torch will screw right on to my AHP hose. So I bought two. When they say don’t bend the flex head too much they mean it.
A few more hours of welding on the cage and the metal work will be done. Then it all starts going back together.

Re: ECOTEC 2.0 LTG SWAP
Thanks swamp. Cage is coming along. I made a bad miscalculation on how much wire I needed. Won’t get the rest till Wednesday. Started prepping my two aluminum boxes for powder. I’m going to try some chrome with clear on them to see how it looks. I’ll back up and start on my punch list of small things to do till my wire comes in.
