From the Troops

Postby rick » Thu Feb 28, 2008 9:57 pm

Been gettin some letters & pictures from our soldiers overseas. I'm scanning & putting them in an album in my gallery: http://www.southernairboat.com/photopost/showgallery.php?cat=623

Looks like Mrs. B's pre-k class made a mark. If anybody knows where these kids go to school, let me know. We'll either hand deliver their mail or send it to them.

For those who helped make up the addresses oughtta recognize this soldier's name - we sent Nichole Gillig about 7 large boxes containing snacks & treats, magazines, 'hygene stuff', and letters from kids. Her name was chosen because she was from Florida, and represented a fairly large number of both male & female troops - and thru her job in the medical profession she had contact with the Iraqi civilians.

And same with this one (we wanted some to go to Afghanistan MED units too):

THANKS AGAIN TO ALL WHO HELPED THIS EFFORT!
