Hard to mistaken that for any other than one of yours! Looks like they had poly on it and filled the holes with ???? Glue or epoxy? Seems to have some jungle rot right in front of the transom but might clean up ok if done right.
I never finish anyth,,,.

Sorry guys, no new pic's. Spent 4 hours last night pulling poly bolts. "Used up a couple of friend credits on that one".
On a brighter note the bottom is not as bad as I previously thought

Looks like a Mark Matthews from Brevard. He built a few that looked like that around 2000-2003.

I know a guy in Melbourne that use to build a lot of them. He did the deck stripping the same way his name was Mark Mathews his hulls we kinda a Thurman copy. If Thurman says it's not one of his I could be one of Marks. They always ran good and were built well they could use some more structural support for the deck in the rear, they dont hold up to car motors well but with a O450 on them they are a great solid boat!

Sorry guy's,
Found it hard to get motivated on rebuild with a 2011 Diamondback ultra-lite sitting 5 yards away. Boat was sold to a fire fighter out of Palm beach. I asked him to send a photo when he got done with it. "nothing yet"

After looking at the boat it was much worse than expected. The boat had multiple patches along with the 1000 holes from the previous sheet of polymer. I decided to start "fresh" and replace everything that was not worthy of being used in a brand new boat. The transom, bulk heads, and a few stringers were salvaged. The rest has been replaced or beefed up to be able to withstand the beating of a fresh 540. Here are a few pics of the build since you were all interested in how it has been "polished"

Just waiting on the fuel tank from Dave Powell to finish putting on the top deck. Should be finished up by the end of next week.

Finally finished up the hull and got some steel flex put on. The stainless motor stand is done and the stainless rigging is started.

Dam, that's beautiful.
I want one.
What kind of poly is so shiny?
I would run it without a rake.
I would have carbon fibre rigging,
And a 500hp ECOtec.
Wait, never mind.... :drunken:

Duhh, my bad, thanks!
I could be on board with a consumable coating,
Provided I had a way to lift the entire boat for easy re-coating.
Would be cool to stand underneath it to re-apply.
