Led light bar on grass rake

Postby mwood7800 » Sat Apr 05, 2014 10:52 am

Thinking about adding a light bar under my grass rake, has anyone tried one ? I put this one on a boat for a deck light and it seems to be rugged enough. http://www.alienled.com/alx120.html

Thanks for the mention Otter but we no longer carry the light bars. We have had too many issues with screws vibrating out, stripped threads, water intrusion and electrolysis. We have tried numerous vendors and have experienced the same issues with them all so we chose to not risk our reputation on something we have no control over. They are good for what they are but if you want a quality lightbar we suggest Rigid Industries. We do still carry the cubes and have not had the same issues with them.

Light bars are a great source of light.. I have 2 of them on a lifted golf cart.. Very bright and pull hardly no amperage.. Much brighter than you will get out of a KMart KC light.. The degree of lighting not only that its not in a spot light pattern but very wide angles but also the amount of light is substantial... They can get expensive, but as long as your not busting brush, its a one time purchase.. Worth it.. Especially if you do a lot of night riding..
DONT ARGUE WITH STUPIDITY...THEY WILL JUST DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL, AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.....
