where can I buy aluminum channel for the bottom of a Jon boat

www.OnlineMetals.com may be an option if they ship from anywhere near you.

Sometimes their pricing is not bad, but depending on what you are after, the shipping can quickly change that.

That is where I have been talking to a guy but they don't have what I need
I think I will go to a semi trailer place and see what they have
It may be something else but I am getting some twisting when turning and I think the cross members in the bottom of the boat are to light and they are allowing it to twist.
Isn't to bad but thought maybe over the winter I would try to change them or at least beef them up some

Find a sheet metal shop by you and have them brake you up what you need.

I'm not sure what you are looking for exactly, but I worked at a semi trailer company for over 30 years, maybe a hat post or a roof bow will work for you

the welder here in town had some scraps and he sold me some 1/8" thick and bent it for me wasn't cheap but was what I needed for moer strength on the bottom.
