It's a no brainer----your steering cable fell off and I don't see any Quick Slick on the bottom.

You need a roll of duct tape and a gallon of flex seal
Drink about 40 beers then crank it up at about 3:30 in the morning in you back yard
Run it wide open for about 20 min
When you wake up the next day you'll swear it was running dry !
Be sure to put a head lamp on you don't want to run into the clothesline are your kids swing set
