How do you guys, especially ones that run the salt water, eliminate exhaust system corrosion. I have 2 month old headers, flex pipe and mufflers that are already starting to show corrosion. Any tips? I wash boat after every use and wash it with Salt Terminator after every use in salt water. Am I missing something?

Used to paint mine 1x a yr with high heat paint. I'd spray them down w an acid water mixture let it dry and it stuck well. May need to sand some ruff spots. Get some remflex header gaskets they are reusable as well.

I used corrosion X, but it is slippery if you get it on anything.

Rub down with fluid film when you take it out. My flex is 5 yr old and sees lots of salt water. Fluid film is real popular for vehicles up north. A gall will last a Long time. https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/FFQCNAS
