Made a new dish tonight

Postby radtech » Sun May 10, 2015 10:11 pm

Thought I'd try something new on the grill. It was incredible. Bacon on bottom, mix of 2 lbs ground lamb, 1 lb hamburger, and 1 lb bratwurst next, then swiss cheese, Vidalia onion, baby spinach, and mushrooms all rolled up and spiced well. Not sure what to call it, but it was out of this world!!!

Wrap it with bacon? While its cooking?
Not sure what you meant? But everything is prepared prior to putting on the smoker.

Ask your buddies if they have ever " rolled a fatty?" You would be surprised at the expressions and replies you get....lol then when you tell them what it really is......[FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY]
