Although I am only about 6 months into the Airboat world, I have been into HIGH Horsepower 502's for years. Mostly on Motorcycles. I have 1 bike that is pushing 1208 HP on two wheels. So, I am more than capable of tuning one for Max output. I have done so with my Airboat and had the prop dialed in by some of the best in the business. With that being said, It's by far a Drag Boat. However, I am quite sure it will hold it's own and suprise more than a few. I ran it on Dry Sand for over a 1/4 mile last week just as the guy in the Video on the other post did. It will climb a tree if you have balls enough to stay on it. Last but not Least, I AIN'T SKEERED ! :rebel:

I know most of this about racing is all in fun, but I gotta say them two Air Ranger that came up from Orange are very impressive rigs. I am a Panther man myself and have owned Dixie , Panther, Trailboss, and Airgator. They are all fine boats when set up correctly. But again the 2 Air Rangers that came up may be the best I have ever seen.
There were also Trailboss, GTO, and Panthers there that had no problem gettin the job done.
There were 2 Robishow boats that came but never did get to see them run.

Anyway like I said it is all in fun and a good day when you get back on the trailer in 1 piece at the end of the day.

I almost forgot about the Alumnitech Rig representing the AC group. Just like the rest of the boats it had no problem going anywhere it wanted too.

Hope to see them all and more next year.

Kerry is a cool cat. Hell I think my first bowfishing trip was with him. Remeber falling in the water? It was a fun trip. Great guy so only pass him by a couple boat lengths.

If everyone owned the same brand of boat it would be kind of boring. So it's all in good fun.
