Sunk airboat in EL Paso update

Post by kwowens1963 »

Just a heads up to my brother airboaters, I am heading out to El Paso on Thursday day morning to go help our SA brother and defender of our freedom. I am planning to take 2 airboats, I have spoke to Curtis (unforgiven) and what a great guy who is in a bad spot with his boat being down, I feel pretty good about the odds are in our favor to getting him off the bottom and upright again.

I will be taking wrench69 with as well, if anybody can get it to the surface Rickey can

we will keep SA posted as things develop

Just want everyone to understand what these guys are undertaking. They are going to drive eight hundred miles one way to help a fellow airboater and American Soldier recover his boat from an area of the Rio Grande River that is only accessible by airboat.

It's going to take a lot of gas for the trip there and back pulling their boats.

They will keep a record of their expenses and when the job is done Rick will reimburse them for travel expenses from the monies donated for the cause.

In my opinion they are going the extra mile and the least we can do is cover their expenses.

Now is the time to send your donations to Rick at S. A. site support and he will handle it from there.

Many thanks to everyone for the kind words, encouragement and support and a very special thank you to Kerry and those going with him.
