Header help
We just got this airboat and we need to replace the headers but we are having a hard time finding something that will fit the Chevy 350. I have been looking at Summit but I cant find anything that looks like what we have? I have seen all the ones that are $300+ but I am trying to get something a little less costly. Thanks

Re: Header help
I got mine on ebay. They were low cost but I had clearance issues because I picked the block hugger style. I ended up flipping them upsidedown aka "up-stack" and I think its gonna work for me. Make sure you pay attention to the clearances on any universal sbc header pair you consider buying so that you don't have to pay for shipping back to the seller or anything else that isn't fun lol. Here's my thread from a few months ago.

Re: Header help
Call Norman Clay Innovative down south.
Several buddies building boats just bought headers from him. One LS and one old school. Some of the best welding work I have seen on any headers. He has stock style headers and can build just about anything you can dream up.
Both guys got a reasonable price for the quality of workmanship. He also uses a thicker flange than most.
I believe that the longer headers create better torque number than shorty style headers.
My next set will come from Mr. Clay!
Just saw Speed Wheelie post about innovative Talk a look a his headers before you buy

Re: Header help
Alumitech has always been the best place to buy headers. They make them all there in their shop.
