Haven't tried that yet, but that should work! I just tried a sawzall with a fine toothed blade called the torch and that worked pretty good, that blade lasted awhile.

Are you trying to save the poly. If not you can grind the heads off on poly. Side

Hey Bruce I've tried ratchets, breaker bar's, electric impact, I just can't hold the philips head without stripping it :dontknow: ..So far the sawzall is the best, but I just started and have a sh!t load to go. I'm going to try drilling in the philips head next.
Thanks

Hey Dougeey the poly is shot-out, so that is a damn good idea also :thumbleft: .. I did use a thin cutting wheel to cut the bolts, that worked good but ate-up the blades quick. I have a thick grinding wheel I can try :salute:
Thanks

well put your air gun on the nut and snap(tighten)as many as you can first. Stainless is soft not that hard.

I agree with Bruce and Ted. I've always used a impact wrench on the nut side with pretty good results. You'll always have some stubborn ones that require more effort. Will grinding them off on the poly side make the bolt hot enough to damage the fiberglass?

Dark thirty but got it done!! some came off with the impact on the nuts like bruce said, tried that first on most, some would spin. Then I would put a breaker bar on the nut and use a drill with a philips bit and get some like that, if it stipped then I would grind, drill, sawzall the philips head off. It took alot of BEERs to get the job done but it was worth it :drunken: ...Thanks for all the input !!! :salute:

i used an air impact on the phillips side and dad was on the inside with a socket and a wrench it worked pretty good but it definitely requires 2 people.

 WTH were those round head screws?? no wonder they were a bear, def rounded the threads down over time and insult to injury they used 2 peices of poly instead of just one whole sheet :violent1: good job man when I did mine the first time it had the old white poly on it, was brittle as hell, hammer and chissle to get poly off then vise grips on the stubborn bolts :thumbleft:
