Question about webbing since we are getting ready to do two different boats. We are gelcoating the insides of our fiberglass boats and want to use the webbing solution with the automotive paint we are using for the outsides to give contrast to the grey inside. I'm curious if it will work with acrylic enamel paint? My color is expensive so we are shooting mine with a fast dry single stage acrylic enamel. I ordered the gelcoat and webbing solution from Fiberglass Florida and I guess I ordered enough to play with I guess. Just curious if anyone has any experience? I will be looking into a single stage urethane as well to see how much more expensive that paint would be.

I've heard & read you can use any paint to color it with or just buy colored gel coat which is what I ended up doing..Wade at hamant told me he just uses the webbing solution & paint to do his hulls..good luck..it was an experience for sure but not hard once ya figure out your air pressure, pattern etc

I ordered 2 gallons of webbing so we should have plenty to play with until we get it figured out. I talked to them as well about colored gel coat to match my paint if I can't get it to work out like I want. We have 2 big boats and 1 little one to do so I hope I have plenty.
