I can't possible avoid the deepwater it is first part of my way (50 %). Every time running about 65 miles.

After lonely voyage I found 70 litres of fuel consumption.

Quvestion: When I will have minimum fuel consamption?

1. the throttle opening 50% rpm 7500.

2. the throttle opening 75% rpm 5500.

3. the throttle opening 100 % rpm 4200.

The speed and prop rpm is the same. Different of the gear ratios.

I would think second gear would give the best fuel consumption on the long run, but you are Better suited to test it out and tell us. That’s a common point of discussion and disagreement on this forum.

3rd gear appears possibly useful for off plane idling if you do much of that for bow fishing etc.

It look like Torque and HP!

Ok. I think too. The 2nd gear more good.

Next video.

I used second gear ratio. Stopped for rise of the transom plate.

Appears Ivan is learning to sit down :violent1: this ain't no motor boat, get rid of that push pole and let the engine do the work. The boat sure seems to respond in 2nd gear on water. You will loose some of that with a 2 blade, but 1st gear should bring it right back and then some. I see she started proposing after you raised the trim tab (transom plate). You should either search hull jacks on this forum or invest in a hydraulic trim tab system, I recommend the first option, I'll sell you the second. :thumbleft:

I am very glad to see your remarks. Befor airboat I used motor boat and push by pole was usualy operation.

It's look like good decision using remote control of gear box.

I have intention to make electric trim tab with switch.

But before trim tab, I want to try tune of the engine angle again.

I think my hull have little bit short flat bottom. I have idea for far future try to increase length of flat bottom by 1 feet. I can use for it trial plate with width like flat bottom.

Last videos.

Stopped for shift of gear ratio to 1st. And rise of the transom plate.

Do not do this, it is a bad idea, from your video I see you have already found the primary issue with trim tabs. Again, research hull jacks on this site.

It is fine to adjust the engine angle, just don’t add a big plate to the stern. You should be able to sort it all out by tweaking the hull, prop/engine angle and weight distribution.

It is right remarks. I just feel that I had mistake with a hull size.
