There was a guy up in TN that had taken the shape of that boat and was replicating it in 1/4" Okumi marine ply. With a 5hp kicker the thing would fly. I think it weighed something like 68 lbs.
A neighbor of mine has one of the originals with a little Tohatsu 4-stroke motor, and we can fly fish all morning on about a quart of gas.
