I just read you starting with a warp drive ,well make sure u have pitch in your prop ,check all blade with a protractor ,detect drive warp ive always run 3200 easy so put enough pitch to where ur boat hits 3200 and try it again ,just my opinion ,btw Sent from my SM-G935P using Southern Airboat...

Sounds like u may need to adjust your engine hight in rear ,shim it up and try then down ,I use scrap poly peices cut with a hole saw ,1/4 inch at the time ,or sled ur whole seat package forward one inch at the time ,there's to many variables to predict it perfect ,its trial and error ,I've been...
