I no a lot of people don't run them but for the ones that do what spark plugs are you guys running and what are you gaping them at? Thanks fellas :rebel:

A good all around sparkplug would be a Champion UD-16 gapped at .020. You will probably get different answers, but we have always used Champion plugs in every engine we have built for over 30 years without a problem.

Thanks Mike I appreciate it that's what I'm gonna do

I have had good luck with ac c87's .The champions seem to be getting harder to get for me locally through my suppliers at work. The ac's I can get at napa .I tried running a set of autolites of equivalent and was not happy at all. Im particular to running what the manufacture calls for I know the aircraft versions are a completely different setup . Id be curious to know if different mags require different plugs , due to rf etc etc. On outboards there are some engines, that if you put the wrong plugs in them they will misfire , some wont start . It can be pretty hairy. Just my 2 coppers .
