Twin Turbo Intercooled 540

Finally got the thing fired off and most of the bugs worked out. Turns a 78" 4 blade Sensenich on about 4 degrees. 5lbs of boost I can turn it around 2800. 10 lbs 3400+. Gas mileage is extremely good, actually gets better than my buddies stock IO-520. Has a little turbo lag, but not much. We had some problems with the fuel/boost compensation so I installed a Continental Fuel Injection System with the aneorid pump.

yes, sorry. It is not 4 degrees. Sensenich marks only go to 3 and I had to judge to between 4-5 on the sticker. Engine probably needs more prop.

Very cool I bet it is fairly quit with the turbo on it they knock a lot of the sound down

u need more like a 3 blade wide blade or a 4 blade Q . that would be bad a$$
