    Jetcoat hands down best coating. My headers were done over 15 year ago and still look like new. Look on my pictures for custom gpu 1 & 2 and you will see they have been hot jet coated and they last.

    I would check your magneto's terminal blocks and see if you dont have carbon tracking & tiny little cracks in the block this could be your problem. could still be the magnetos are your problem.

    mag help

    Its possible that the problem is your distributor block. it could be in the block look for fine cracks on the block also inspect the electrode side for carbon tracking. but you really need a tester to do the job right. Rick
