New rigging question

Is it safe to put a 4 seat rigging set up on a 13'6" x 7'6" Alumitech hull. Will the boat handle properly and safely? Thanks

I've got the same rigging setup but on a glass hull of equal dimensions except I don't know about how deep your sides are. I have 2 side by side rear seats and one double up front. Power plant is in my signature below. The boat handles well with just me but is better balanced with a co-pilot. The most I would feel comfortable with up front is one grown man or two playboy bunnies in his place :D . I think a 14x8hull could make a world of difference in water displacement and handling. I will opt for that size on my next hull.

I have a 14x8 alumitech w/ a BBC and rotator. Side by side front and three person rear rigging and it is more than fine. Also, Alumitec builds some extra heavy rigging. I would think you'd be ok with a small block on the 13'6"x7'6".

I have to agree for the most part, and nearly any hull will work well while cruising in a straight line. But we aren't always on a plane and it's what happens in between getting on a plane as well the fact that you will inevitably encounter adverse weather conditions which is what I am personally wary about for my hull size when it comes to my setup. On a windy day in a big deep lake/river, the hull roll, can scare the Ship out of you! I had a 5 minute ride a few weekends ago...idling out for 4 minutes and hauling ass back to the ramp for the last minute because of the chop. However, The sheriff's v-hull that met me at the ramp cut thru it like it was nothing. It was a Lesson learned

Got a 13 foot diamondback i haul myself and 4 others on all the time and its built heavy no worries

Thanks for the responses. The boat is currently running with a sbc/gearbox and 3 seat set up. It is a 2006 Alumitech hull. The sides are not as deep as my brothers 14 ft Alumitech but they are not unusually low. I will post pics later. Thanks again
