Palm Beach county Florida gator tags info and boat ramp info

I am one of two people who have drawn palm beach county gator tags and a buddy and I where trying to scout this week and had the worst time trying to find boat ramps that access the canal systems. There are many canals along southern blvd and that area but they are all blocked by yellow gates that say they should open but are locked!? Does anyone know of any boat ramps or any way to access these? Any around 20 mile bend. Also if anyone knows of where there are big gators in Palm beach county that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
I'm almost certain I saw a huge gator in the ditch between the Banana Boat and the 2 Georges! J/k, you must be hunting with Rob. Stick with him, he really he knows his stuff. Good luck this season.
