Yea finally getting the cool weather. From the amount of small trout we r catchin next year should be off the chain for trout. Fishin north of you all has been good not great but its on the way.Tight lines

Fishing has been great. I haven't caught any bulls but tons of upper slot fish with good weight to them

What do you use for bait? I've been fishing for them 3 times from my Kayak and haven't caught the first one yet. I used shrimp once and caught a catfish.

Anyone been fishing the last two weeks? Last time I went, the Redfishing had really slowed down. Havnt been in about 10 days and was curious if it's still slim pickins? I'm hoping this little bit cooler weather will help some cause it sure turned off in a hurry!
If anyone has fished dale hollow lake or Cedar Key let me know what y'all think!

Ok well the wind wouldn't cooperate on Monday so I went today.......

Nice! Inside or out? I know some were caught in eleven prong Saturday.

Ok day today caught 6 redfish all in the slot. 26" was the biggest all on cut bait and live pinfish under a popping cork

They're pretty thick in SE LA right now caught 9 kept 5 in 1 hour on gold spoon with white trailer.

I think there are some negative tides the first week of Oct, I'm looking forward to a break from the heat and the fishing to pick up. Have you all seen they are revisiting the trout regs?

I did see that. Hopefully they don't mess with the bag limit. Looking forward to filling the freezer up again. Sucks they took the reds back down to one per person again.
