Testing another new prop!

you were not really waiting were you ROFLMAO this was all done once before by an airboat club ..I think in Arkansas .. it was posted on the internet for a very breif time and then the threat of lawsuits brought it down. Besides after all the testing Stan and I have done I can tell you you don't really want to know .. and by the way I got threatened with a lawsuit as well.

CT141 were you threatened by the same guy I was. GEE go figure I have one type of prop on my Race boat a different type on my ride boat and another type going on my DD. This would almost make you think different combo's like different prop's. PS get ready because a new blade will be out shortly!
 
probably so dave ... and nope sorry no pm's on this subject once you write it down it lives forever ... this aint my first rodeo and yep Dave i been hearin about two new blades comin out soon . Different applications like different blades

as for the premise for the validity of the lawsuit ... one thing being a surveyor will teach you damn quick is it don't matter if your sued you lose because defenses cost money and testin props does not pay anything so how much justice can you afford when you were workin for free ... NONE

I can understand you not wanting to write me--for one, you don't know me. Your last statement is exactly what they are banking on!! They will eventually run into someone with enough $ to invite a challenge and won't roll over for them. :evil:

Interesting about the new blades as well--What time frame will they make their debut?
 
I can't say for sure on the time frame but maybe thunder knows more on it. I believe both whirlwind and sens. has one coming.
 
I believe I have it figured out--My point is that I don't think there is really a legitimate foundation and they are relying on intimidation tactics.
 
Hey guys it is best to let it die .. I once made a statement on here that in a civil lawsuit you are guilty until proven innocent ... well ruagatr jumped all over me about that being wrong ... and legally technically he is correct. HOWEVER in the real world if you just walk in to court and sit there you will be found guilty. So you have to mount a defense which costs money and in essence you have to disprove what they are claiming or else you lose. NOW I don't know how ya'll spell it but that looks a lot like you are guilty until you prove your innocent but technically that is not what you are doing but one thing is for sure you are spending money and lots of it unless an attorney will take it for free and I haven't found one that will do that yet. Our whole legal system is built on intimidation starting with the LEO'S have you ever tried to reason with one of them in the field LOL aint gonna happen they will taze your arse in a second now used to they hesitated to just shoot you but now they have a 50 50 chance you won't die if they taze you. remember when they use dto carry throwdown guns in case they killed you and you didn't have one ... they gave one of theirs. remember when detainees were awful clumbsy and always tripped and hit their face on the floor while getting out of the elevator or going up the steps with hands cuffed behind their back ... same crap just different day. how about when you tell them you are video taping them and they insist you turn it off and they confiscate your tape or camera and it gets lost before entered as evidence. So intimidation is just part of life nuthin new there.
 
Waterthunder, what you are doing is awesome. You would think that all the prop manufactures would welcome the tests. God knows they don't test them or at least give out the test results. Yes all combinations do change the results, but you do need a good base line and be able to judge what style prop is best for each style of boat. I hope to run in to you on the poker run at Loughman this weekend. It would be nice to meet you.
