Brother man I am glad you are ok. Ya' know you can get you some FRC's from a store here for not that much. I mean they aren't racing clothes but they are fire retardant. (it would be a start anyway, and if you are like me you don't like spending too much money on anything) If you want the store name inbox me buddy.
 
Well boys ole hamerhead is in rough shape right now! In the burn unit at shands hospital. In sever pain! Had all of the old sand kin removed last night . To top it off the nurses lost my iv and couldn't find another vein to give pain meds! After being stuck literally over 20 times they finally got me some meds! Right now I feel like I did when I was on the boat burning. Gentlemen I don't recommend it. They are fixing to take me back in for another scrubing.

Burns suck. I hope it heals quickly. The itching is the worst part to me. can't scratch it cause the skin is too soft.


If airboat racing is ever going to grow the sanctioning body is going to have to make some hard and fast safety rules.
Quit worrying about making all the competitors happy. Racers always find something to bitch about anyhow.

Is there any reason that every racer shouldn't have to have a fireproof jacket, a PFD and a helmet?

Money isn't the reason. $350 will buy everything you need new and there is lots of used stuff out there.

Safety is good for the sport.

Same thing with the cage opening and wire size. Make the rules, post them here and on the sanctioning bodies website and stick to them.
Make it known that if you show up unsafe you will not race.

Racers always find a way to race and will conform.
 
Hammer i feel ur pain. Had road rash on every part of my body and that scrubbing crap is worst than when it happened. Heal fast brother.

:lol: :lol: :lol: ....their was only 1 set of sabers to beat us all day and it was Bubba....but we beat a few of those other Sabers with our RAZORX....the good thing is there is another frace in 4weeks...we'll be ready..

Looks like someone cannot handle an ass paddling at the race. As far as boat i havr a hunt boat i dont race. As far as cum dumpster i think your a pro.

I handled mine well...laughed and hung out with Bubba and Ptr34 from sensinich before and after the race. 1 of us had to lose,,,,we came home with 2nd and he EARNED 1st.....no one has heard me complain onc. But when a jackass with a name like getchasumairboats that doesnt have a clue about racing or even shows up to support racing or try to learn anything about it wants to keep making smart azz remarks,,,,its a perfect time for me to tell YOU to kiss my azz!!!!

I'm pretty pleased with the boat and set-up. Now we have to work on more power. Their are boats out their turning as much prop on bare motor as we are on the bottle. This baby aint going no where but back in the shed for more power...lol..nobody beat us all day but Bubba,,,,It could've been worse!!!
